Delivery Timelines

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, the typical delivery timeframe is as follows:

• Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2-4 business days
• Rest of India: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges

Tracking Your Order

Packaging & Security

Your jewellery is valuable, and we treat it as such. Each order is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging. We recommend that you do not accept the package if it appears to be tampered with or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please take a photograph and contact our support team immediately.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if there is any other issue with your delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
